Any day to raise awareness for about IPFโฆis a GOOD DAY!
Our Pennsylvania IPF Research and Awareness Week Celebration Event held on Thursday, September 12 at Homewood Suites in Center Valley….it was a “GOOD DAY”!
Our families living with pulmonary fibrosis as well as our attending physicians had an important and very productive conversations about the pathology of IPF and what the future holds with pulmonary fibrosis, especially, what is happening with research. It was a thought provoking and important conversation.
Ms. Ellen Millard-Kern, Senator Browne’s Chief of Staff, presented the Senate’s PA Resolution for IPF Research and Awareness Week. It was honor having Ms. Millard-Kern attend our IPF awareness event…thank you so much!
Lastly, I have to say….the TastyKakes were a HIT! My Dad was TastyKake man and having them there (AWESOME!) was like having my Dad with us! Warms my heart. ๐๐
Thank you so much to Senator Pat Browne, St. Luke’s University Health Network, Boehringer Ingelheim, Tastykake, and Temple Health for your support as we continue our strong momentum forward in raising awareness for IPF in Pennsylvania and throughout the US.
We are already looking forward to 2020 PA IPF Research and Awareness Week!
